Both are cash value vehicles. We work with both, but most of our clients end up with participating whole life — it builds accessible cash value faster, has guaranteed growth from a mutual carrier, and gives you a stable foundation. IUL has its place too — it grows more aggressively over time and fits certain situations better. The right structure depends on your goals, and we'll walk through both on the call.

Cash value isn't a replacement for investing — it's a complement to it. The growth is more conservative but tax-advantaged, the access to capital is far easier, and you can use it without selling assets or losing market position.

It depends on the policy. Properly structured participating whole life policies — which we sell most often — can give you access to your cash value within the first month. IULs typically take longer to build accessible value, though they grow more aggressively over time. We'll show you actual projections for each option on the call.
